Playing sports when you're a child can have a much greater impact than one realizes. Some of the greatest life skills you can learn are discipline, work ethic, and how to face adversity. For yearling Trey Chalifoux of the Army West Point wrestling team, his career on the mat started because of an adverse situation he faced early on in life.

From a family friend's wrestling club to earning multiple state titles and All-America honors in high school, Chalifoux's journey through wrestling has led him to West Point where he has started at 125 pounds since the beginning of last season.
