Cadets Visit WP Middle School

A group of cadets from the Spanish Forum and Dance Club, under the direction of Dr. Amaya Amell, visited the West Point Middle School to give interactive presentations on Spanish-speaking countries. There were students from the elementary and middle schools in attendance and the cadets were a big hit among them. The children asked all types of questions to the forum members and were excited to meet and spend time with them. In addition, the students had a chance to learn some Latin dance moves from the members of the Dance Club under the direction of CPT Gray. They learned moves of typical Latin dances such as the bachata and the merengue.
