Management Program Hosts GIBS

The management program faculty and cadets hosted thirty-six executive MBA candidates from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS). The management team provided insight to the MBA candidates about the West Point Leadership Development system and other topics that differentiate West Point, such as faculty efforts to research and teach in extremis leadership and decision making. This visit is one half of a reciprocal exchange with GIBS’s business program; GIBS hosts cadets at their campus in South Africa for an Academic Individual Advanced Development (AIAD), where cadets learn more about leadership, management, and the South African culture.
