Civil & Military Engineering Student Leaders Workshop

The Civil and Military Engineering Club participated in the Workshop for Student Section Leaders hosted by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in Newark, NJ. Cadets spent the weekend in conferences discussing professional ethics in engineering, leadership, and networking strategies. The cadets and their advisor made several contacts with students, professional engineers and retired Army Corps of Engineer's officers from all across the east coast and New York City. The group returned on with several ideas for the future of the club and ways to add more value to their education via new construction tours and to the community via community service and outreach programs.
