2016 Cyclocross Conference Champions

Cyclocross season concluded with the Army West Point Cycling Team being crowned 2016 Eastern Conference Cycling Champions. Manderfeld ’17 led the team to cross. Mergen ’20, Murdock ’20, Seaward ’20, Morrow ’20, Huuki ’20, Gudenkauf ’20 and returning superstars Englert ’19, Gengler’19 and Stapleton ’19 made significant contributions that added to the 200-point margin of victory over the nearest two challengers UVM and MIT out of the 30 Eastern Conference Cross Colleges. Season award highlights: CIC Manderfeld ’17 demonstrated to the team his desire, passion and perseverance by catapulting up the season rankings to finish 2^nd overall Men's “A”. Allen ’18 and Okazaki ’19- Men's “B” 2^nd/3^rd overall podium and the Women, Ho and Stapleton Women's B 2^nd/3^rd overall podium finishers. Next Stop Nationals.
