Behavioral Sciences and Leadership (BS&L) attended the United States Naval Academy Leadership Conference. The intent of this trip was to enhance fellowship amongst Military and Civilian Leaders and share leadership philosophies developed at USMA amongst connected leaders. Members representing USMA experienced five Keynote speaker and three leadership panel covering topic such as (leading across generations, leading across cultures and leading across enterprise). A few highlights from Keynote Speakers were; Chris Inglis, former deputy director of the National Security Agency (NSA), ADM James Stavridis, USN (ret), 12th Dean of the Fletcher School of LAW and Diplomacy at Tufts University and Lieutenant General John F. Sattler, USMC (ret), Distinguished Leadership Chair of the Vice Admiral James B. Stockdale Center for Ethical Leadership.
