Kevin Doo and Hudson Kay of the Army West Point men's swimming and diving team received Patriot League weekly honors after their performances in this past weekend's 199-95 victory over UConn. Doo's day was highlighted by a pair of first-place finishes in the 100 free (45.00) and 100 fly (48.53). His time in the 100 free was a personal best, while he set a new season mark in the 100 fly. The Princeton, N.J., native added a second-place showing in the 100 breast after touching the wall in 56.65. Doo also swam the second leg of the 400 free relay squad that posted the top time at the meet of 3:04.62. Kay was dominant on the boards opposite the Huskies. He won on the 1-meter board with a score of 286.42, over 50 points higher than the second-place finisher. His score of 311.48 on the 3-meter was the best in a field of seven and nearly 40 points higher than the best score by a UConn diver in the event. Read More
