Cadet Capstone Visits Tobyhanna Army Depot

Department of Systems Engineering Cadet Capstone Team visited Tobyhanna Army Depot as part of the capstone design experience as they apply Lean Six Sigma tools to a refurbishing process at the depot. During this trip they had the opportunity to observe the process, interact with members of the process, and collect data for future analysis. Over the yearlong capstone experience, cadets will learn lean six sigma tools, apply what they have learned to a real-world problem, and earn their certification as an Army Lean Six Sigma greenbelt.
