The Radiological and Imaging Data Swarm (RAID) Capstone interdisciplinary team packed and shipped a fleet of 33 small unmanned aircraft and support gear to the Idaho National Laboratory (INL). The firsties will demonstrate the ability of the swarm to map out active radiation sites and provide real-time imagery at INL in a large Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) sponsored field exercise. Final equipment preparations, accountability, and movement cross-country is a major milestone in preparation for this event.
