DLAW Professors Published in Law and Cyber Warfare

Clik here to view.Department of Law Professors COL Dave Wallace and LTC Mark Visger were published in the Winter 2018 edition of the Journal of Law and Cyber Warfare. Their article was entitled, “Responding to the Call for a Digital Geneva Convention.” In the article, the authors respond to a speech given by Brad Smith, President of Microsoft, where he called for a digital Geneva Convention to curtail cyber-attacks by state actors. The article critiques Smith’s proposal and recommends steps to improve the legal framework governing cyber-attacks.
