Firsties and faculty from West Point's Black and Gold Leadership Forum hosted Mr. Tom Shull '73, the CEO and Director of the Army & Air Force Exchange and former Behavioral Sciences and Leadership (BS&L) instructor. With over $8 Billion in sales AAFES is presently the 53rd largest retailer in the United States. As the first civilian to serve as AAFES CEO Mr. Shull has been instrumental in improving AAFES profitability and operations. Additionally, Mr. Shull has focused extensively on the hiring of wounded warriors and military spouses – all lessons he shared with cadets.
