Rifle Closes Out Weekend at Home

The No. 11 Army West Point rifle completed a full weekend at home on Monday afternoon defeating Coast Guard for the second time, but dropping the decision to No.13 N.C. State. Aggregate - (4632) The Black Knights tallied an aggregate score of 4632, falling behind N.C. State's score of 4663, but edging out Coast Guard who scored 4521. Cow Payne Nunn led the squad for the second match in a row with an aggregate score of 1158. He was followed by Kaitlyn Kutz who claimed a score of 1156, and Clayton Hanson who shot 1154 points. Matt Lovre also made it into the top 10 individuals for the match with an aggregate score of 1151. Smallbore - (2311) Hanson and Lovre led the squad in this discipline, both scoring 576. Emiliano Concho-Toro marked just below them with a score of 572. Nunn and Kutz shot for a score of 570, while Nathan Brewer closed out the scoring squad with 564. Air Rifle - (2339) Nunn led the Black Knights in this discipline with a score of 588. He was followed closely by Kutz who claimed a score of 586, and Brewer who marked 584. Mady Erikson scored 582, and Clayton Hanson closed the scoring squad for air rifle with a mark of 578.
