Six members of the Army West Point men's rugby team earned All-Rugby East recognition, as chosen by coaches from the conference. The Black Knights had the most players represented on the first team with four, followed by Penn State and Notre Dame College with two. Penn State had the most players represented overall with seven. Firsties Ryan Moshak and Jon Kim, along with cows Raaqim Rispress and Mitchell Sanderson were named First-Team All-Conference, while firstie captain Jake Lachina was named Second Team All-Conference. Plebe Jayden Demmy also earned Rugby East Honorable Mention accolades. Kim also garnered Player of the Year honors, after an impressive season, posting a team-high 96 points. Kim started in all eight contests this season for the Black Knights, and led the team in conversions with 37. The 5'9 Gardena, Calif. native also posted the Black and Gold's first try of the season against Buffalo, and finished with four penalty kicks on the year. Read More
