Twenty-six cadets from the Money & Banking class visited the UBS investment bank and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Cadets and faculty enjoyed the morning with financial leaders across all divisions within UBS. The concepts being taught in class came alive as the financial experts expressed their interactions with current market dynamics and the leadership challenges in forecasting future returns and financial positions. Many leadership principles were applied to the complexities of resource allocation on behalf of the firm and the clients they represent. The afternoon was spent with select leaders from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York - the responsible party for managing the Federal Funds Rate, president Bill Dudley spent close to an hour fielding questions from cadets and faculty.
