LTC Armstrong recently attended the 89th Society of Rheology Conference in Denver, CO to present research on rheology and modeling complex material with cadets Tyler Helton and Michael Deegan. Helton and Deegan presented their work on modeling and analyzing the rheology of human blood. Tyler Helton presented a poster entitled: Using LAOS and transient data to “Fingerprint” human blood rheological data. Michael Deegan presented a poster entitled: Comparison of simple rheological models in fitting and predicting steady state and transient blood rheology.
