Freshman Connor Long of the Army West Point sprint football team was named the Collegiate Sprint Football League (CSFL) Defensive Player of the Week, the league announced on Tuesday. Long tied a season-high in tackles with seven, in addition to recording his first-ever multiple-turnover game. The Mechanicsburg, PA, native recovered a fumbled punt in the end zone in the first quarter for the first touchdown of his career and later intercepted his second pass of the season.
