CLS West Point Premedical Society Visited by COL(R) Armonda

Cadets in the Chemistry and Life Sciences Department and West Point Premedical Society (WPPMS) met with COL (Ret) Rocco A. Armonda, MD, for a lunchtime discussion about military medicine and Neuroendovascular Surgery. Dr. Armonda is the director of Neuroendovascular Surgery for MedStar Washington Hospital Center and MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, surgical co-director for the Neuro Intensive Care Unit at MedStar Washington, and associate professor and director of Neurosurgery at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS).
