Nick Williams Named Offensive Player of the Week

Senior forward Nick Williams drew Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week honors on Monday after scoring a pair of goals last week. The Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week recognition is the first for Williams this season and is the second of his career. Williams netted the opening goal in Army's 3-2 victory over Siena on Sept. 13 before scoring the lone goal for the Black Knights in a 1-1 draw at St. Francis Brooklyn on Sept. 18. The senior co-captain scored in the 12th minute of the Siena game to give Army a 1-0 lead, using his speed to dribble through a defender's legs and score on the right side of the net. Read More
