French Spring Immersion

What an incredible week! Eight cadets accompanied CPT Fehlbaum to Paris, France, and spent eight days immersing themselves in French history, architecture, art, cuisine, and language. Basing themselves in the "Quartier Latin," CPT Fehlbaum guided the cadets as they discovered the Louvre, the Musée d'Orsay, the Palace of Versailles, and other important cultural and historic sights--although these incredible visits weren't even the highlights of the trip! According to the cadets, the immersive, interactive activities were their favorites: the morning spent at Ferrandi, learning to make French macaroons; dancing with "real Parisians" at a ballroom-dance lesson; chatting with the actors after a performance of Moliere's "Le malade imaginaire." It was a wonderfully immersive experience for all!
