The Department of English and Philosophy hosted its first Philosophy Forum of the spring semester. Cadets and Faculty welcomed Michele Moody-Adams to the Philosophy Forum. Professor Moody-Adams is the Joseph Straus Professor of Political Philosophy and Legal Theory at Columbia University. Professor Moody-Adams discussed the importance of sacrifice, and the commemoration of sacrifice, to national solidarity and stability, especially in a democracy.
