The men on the Army West Point Fencing team wrapped up their MAAC Conference season with their final dual meets before post-season championships. The team travelled to the Stevens Institute of Technology to compete against opponents from Rutgers University, Drew University and Cornell. The men’s team defeated Rutgers (14-13) and Drew (14-13), while dropping only one loss to Cornell (11-16) in a very close match. The sabre squad, led by CDT Noah Kambili, led the day going undefeated at 3-1 (top finishers at the competition) while himself posting a 8-1 record. The Epee Squad completed their day at 2-1 with CDT Aaron Mellstrom bring in seven wins and two losses. Also contributing to Epee’s record was CDT Vaughn Johnson who went 5-4 on the day.
