WEST POINT, NY - Junior goaltender Parker Gahagen was named the Army West Point Athletics Athlete of the Week after leading the hockey team to a three-point weekend on the road at Canisius. Gahagen stopped 57-of-60 shots faced against the Golden Griffins, including a 37-save effort on Friday night in a 3-1 win. He returned to the net the next night as stopped 20 shots in a 2-2 tie. Gahagen is 2-3-4 on the year and earns his second Athlete of the Week honor this season. He has a .915 save percentage and a 2.89 goals against average, which are among Atlantic Hockey's best.
