The American Society for Engineering Management Club visited the Ramsey, NJ Chick-fil-A location to see engineering management principles in action. Cadets were able to learn about the operational challenges of running a Chick-fil-A restaurant and see production operations and supply chain engineering in action. The owner operator, Mr. Ray Cowan, also shared leadership lessons with cadets that are directly applicable to their future roles in the Army.
