The Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies take Plebes to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC

Clik here to view.Last month, faculty from the West Point Department of History’s Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies traveled with more than 80 plebes on their annual trip section to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, DC. Cadets spent a full day exploring the Museum’s exhibits, followed by reflections and discussions regarding how individual decisions matter during mass atrocity events. Involved in planning was Yael Friedman, who volunteered to lead the cadets through the museum, as well as Professors David Frey, Mike Geheran, MAJ Phil Murray, and CPT James Berry who organized the trip section.
