The West Point Center for Leadership & Diversity in STEM was back on the road with a visit to Birmingham, AL. The team of cadets was led by Dr. Isabella Sanders from West Point Department of Systems Engineering and they led modules on robotics and programming. The Center for Leadership and Diversity in STEM relies completely on Margin Of Excellence private funding from generous donors to provide workshops, which have far-reaching effects for underserved future STEM scholars and provides unique leadership opportunities for West Point cadets. The Center is dedicated to attracting and retaining STEM talent for West Point, the Army, and the nation.
