US Circuit Court Judge Gerard E. Lynch visited with cadets in the Constitutional and Military Law course taught by Department of Law Asst. Professor and Constitutional Law Chair, Tony DiSarro. Judge Lynch was appointed to the federal appeals court by President Obama in 2009. Prior to that, he served as a federal district court judge, having been appointed by President Clinton in 2000. He has taught criminal law and procedure at Columbia Law School and practiced criminal law as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney.
