Kamryn Hall of the Army Women's Basketball team was named the Patriot League Rookie of the Week, the league office announced Monday afternoon.
This marks the second time that Hall has taken home the rookie of the week honor, as she also earned the distinction on Nov. 25. Additionally, this is the fifth time that the award has been given to a member of the Black Knights this season.
Hall finished with 14 points in Sunday's game against Bryant, just one shy of her career high. She shot 5-of-13 from the field and connected on a pair of 3-pointers. She also dished out four assists, which tied her career high, and corralled eight rebounds in the win.
Army had five members reach double-digit scoring in its, 81-75, win over Bryant. It marked the first time since Dec. 7, 2012 that Army had accomplished the feat when it did so against Rider.
The Black Knights open league play on Thursday, as they welcome Bucknell to Christl Arena. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m.
