Authentic Leadership and Core Values Discussion

Cadet and faculty members of the Corbin Leadership Forum participated in a Lean-In discussion to explore the topic of Authentic Leadership. Participants discussed core values and how they contribute to Authentic Leadership. Cadets and facilitators shared personal experiences of their own and others’ leadership styles and how core values affect decision-making within leadership. Participants departed the Lean-In with a clearer sense of their personal values and how to implement those values when leading others.
