Visit from Mozambique Military Academy

COL Jason Musteen hosted a delegation from the Samora Machel Military Academy from Nampula, Mozambique. COL Musteen is working with Samora Machel's leadership through a Department of State program called African Military Education Program (AMEP). Several members of the staff and faculty across West Point participate in AMEP with the goal of helping various African nations as they improve their curriculum and faculty development across their professional military education institutions. During their visit to West Point, the Mozambicans received overviews of all four of West Point's pillars, and they also interacted with Portuguese-speaking cadets. COL Musteen will return to Mozambique several times in the next few years to help implement the new initiatives identified by Mozambique.
