Scuba Certification Trip to Dutch Springs

The Scuba Club traveled to Dutch Springs, Pennsylvania to certify students in basic and advanced open water scuba diving at Dutch Springs Aquatic Park. The purpose of this trip was to certify twenty-four cadets as NAUI basic scuba divers. For the past month, students have attended classes twice per week and pool sessions administered by seventeen club members. The team's instructors, divemaster's, and dive controllers led the dives at Dutch Springs. As part of a scuba club tradition, the outgoing firsties and (Officer in Charge) OIC, MAJ Ouimet conducted their final dive on the team without wetsuits in 48-degree water.
