Cadets Present at the 2018 HotSOS Conference

Seven cadets along with MAJ Hutchison attended the 2018 Hot Topics on the Science of Security (HotSOS'18) in Raleigh, NC. HotSOS is research event, symposium, and boot camp that is sponsored by the National Security Agency in cooperation with the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Special Interest Group for Security, Audit and Control (SIGSAC). All attendees are co-authors on posters that they presented at the event which appear in the conference proceedings. Together, the posters had a total of 15 cadet co-authors, three junior faculty, and six senior faculty. All poster abstracts are one page long, and appear in the conference proceedings, which is published by the ACM. The cadets who attended HotSOS'18 are: Evin Rude, Spencer Drakontaidis, Michael Stanchi, Gabriel Glazer, Andrés Alejos, Michael Ma, and Hayden Ward. The trip was co-led by Dr. Suzanne J. Matthews, who was a faculty advisor for all three projects.
