Cadet Tasi Lloyd '19, had the opportunity to attend a US-PLA (Chinese People's Liberation Army) forum while on semester abroad at Tsinghua University. The forum seeks to generate dialogue and increase understanding between the US Military and the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
