Jointly sponsored by the Writing Program and Department of Behavioral Sciences & Leadership (BS&L), this Wednesday Night Workshop is geared toward anyone working on writing that blends the narration of personal experiences with analysis of the ideas and theories of others. Such writing situations routinely occur in BS&L core courses, culminating in the Leadership Philosophy Paper (LPP) for PL300, yet they also emerge in many other circumstances—for example, in some MX400 assignments or even in some personal statements for graduate schooling. Whether you're working on the LPP, or on any other piece that blends personal experiences with outside material, this workshop led by MAJ Andrew Eljdid will help you discover effective ways to tell the story. The MWC holds Wednesday Night Workshops virtually every Wednesday, 8pm – 9pm, in JH301; most are designed for cadets, but anyone is welcome to attend. A full schedule is available at usma.edu/wpwp.
