Isnardi and Casanova Tabbed CEP Athletes of March

Firstie Matt Isnardi of the Army West Point Men's Lacrosse team and Cole Casanova of the Gymnastics team were named the Corps Squad Scholar Athletes of the Month for March. As one of goalies of the men's lacrosse team, Isnardi serves as an integral part of the squad on and off the field. Recently, he was named the team's practice player of the week leading up to a decisive victory over a nationally-ranked Rutgers opponent. Off the field, Isnardi was selected over many other qualified candidates to serve as the Company G-1 Company Commander during the fall 2017 semester. During the semester he led the company to superb performance and several recognitions including winning the annual Blood Drive competition for the regiment and leading three community service outreach events. Casanova is key competitor and leader on the Army West Point Gymnastics team. He currently maintains a 2.863 cumulative GPA as an Engineering Management major. In 2018 he was the All-Academy All-around Champion. He has been instrumental in the team's success throughout this season setting career marks nearly every competition.
