Engineering Mgmt "Pizza with an Engineer" Panel

The American Society of Engineering Management (ASEM) Club conducted an evening panel discussion entitled "Pizza with an Engineer". Twenty or so cadets and faculty members attended and interacted with the panel members, all of whom were retired members of the military with extensive experience in corporate and academic environments. The panel members included Dr. Carlee Bishop, a visiting professor from the Georgia Tech Research Institute and retired Air Force pilot, Dr. Pat DuBois, civilian professor in Department of Systems Engineering (DSE), retired Army officer, and retired from an extensive career at Lockheed Martin, and Dr. Steve Henderson, former DSE faculty and retired Army Officer now the lead Data Scientist at Enlighten Information Technology. Cadet Cory Hazelbaker, the ASEM Club CIC moderated the discussion, with topics ranging from professional development, post-Army transition considerations, professional certification and other connections to courses and topics cadets are studying within the Department.
