The Army West Point Women's Fencing team hosted the 90th National Intercollegiate Women's Fencing Association (NIWFA) Conference Fencing Championships, the oldest organized sports conference for women in the USA, and came away with a memorable day of results, only 10 teams qualified to compete. The team had a session with the retiring Olympians who have been running the conference for 45 years, and gained wonderful insights. First Place in Club Division were cadets Claudia Sun (Foil) and Amy Yang (Epee), both qualified for NIWFA All-Conference Awards and Yang received the NIWFA All-Academic Award.
