Dr. Richardson Invited to Vassar

Dr. Diane Richardson, of the German Section, was invited by the German Studies Department at Vassar College to give a guest lecture on her research, “Embracing Ambiguity in the Language Classroom and Curriculum.” She also led a lesson on “Linguistic Landscape in the Language Classroom” in Vassar’s course on “Foreign Language Teaching and Learning: Theory and Practice.” It was an enriching opportunity to share insight with current and future language instructors and professors that can be applied to and enhance the development of language learners in multiple contexts.
