Ten Cadets from the Arabic Forum and the Officer in Charge (OIC), CPT Moez Guenaien, dined at Marrakech Restaurant in Parsippany, NJ, as part of the club's annual cultural dinner. Cadets enjoyed authentic Moroccan cuisine in a seven-course meal that concluded with Moroccan mint tea and baklawa (a sweet dessert pastry made of layers of filo filled with chopped nuts, sweetened and held together with syrup or honey). Throughout this cultural dinner, cadets ordered their meal in Arabic and honed their language skills through interaction with the Moroccan waiters.
