Rosemary Martorana and Dean Baratta Lecture Cadets

Rosemary Martorana and Dean Baratta, formerly of the New Jersey Office of Homeland Security and Preparedness, guest lectured to cadets taking the Combating Terrorism Center's Homeland Security and Defense course. They discussed a wide range of domestic terrorism threats and provided students with unique insights into how state and local jurisdictions combat these threats on a daily basis.
