Brigadier General Thierry Lion Guest Lecture

The Center for the Study of Civil-Military Operations hosted Brigadier General Thierry Lion, the French Military Representative to the United Nations. General Lion has rich experience having served on operational engagements in Mail, Chad and the Central African Republic. He talked about the challenges of working in the African nations, the importance of cross-cultural communication and how to work alongside allied partners.
