CPT Vargas from ESMIC Visits USMA

CPT Edwin Vargas, liaison from the Colombian Military Academy (ESMIC), visited West Point. During his visit, he expressed ESMIC’s gratitude for West Point’s cooperation in training and education exchange programs that benefit both academies. He also met with Cadets Diego Mantilla and Marco Garcia, West Point cadets from Colombia who are part of the 4-year international cadet program.
