CPT Salinas, CPT Villanueva and five cadets from Phi Alpha Theta conducted a trip to Museum Village in Monroe, NY to restore and refinish a log cabin dating from the 1770s. The log cabin had previously been used by a soldier at West Point and was later moved to Monroe and rebuilt. Miss Dawn Elliot, a local reenactor, guided the cadets through applying insecticide and wax sealant to preserve the structure's original wood.
