Owen L. Coon Memorial Debate Tournament

Clik here to view.The West Point Debate Team travelled to Evanston, Illinois to compete in the 54th Owen L. Coon Memorial Debate Tournament. To match wits against high level competitors from around the country, cadets Quanzel Caston ’17 and Isabella Minter ’19 earned a total of three ballots, helping to improve the teams national ranking. COL(R) McKeeman, “The Red Knight,” accompanied the team for their Day One rounds, sharing insights and expertise that he cultivated as a member of the West Point Debate Team and throughout his service as an artilleryman.
