Chinese Foreign Language Cadets get Traditional

Over 80 LC203 Cadets learned about the Chinese tradition of making dumplings during Chinese New Year. The Cadets and their instructors made hundreds of dumplings from scratch, using rolled dough, beef and vegetable filling, and soy sauce. Culinary tradition is a significant part of culture and Cadets were excited to deepen their cultural knowledge beyond the language.
