The students first received a presentation on the benefits of pursuing STEM education, and how USMA, the Nation’s first school of engineering, teaches those skills to cadets. CDT’s Ni Daniel Zheng, Derrick Engram and Nikiay Comer spent the remainder of the morning assisting the students in building their “unmanned ground vehicles.” The afternoon witnessed the students attempting a scenario where they employed their unmanned ground vehicles” to deliver supplies to victims of a natural disaster.
