Shea Adds Academic All-League Nod

Clare Shea of Army West Point women's soccer earned her second conference honor of the week as she was named to the Academic All-Patriot League team on Wednesday. Earlier this week she was also named to the All-Patriot League First Team. Shea, an Operations Research major, holds a 3.829 cumulative GPA and was named to the academic team for the first time in her career. The Allendale, N.J., native was one of just two players to have started all 18 games this season for the Black Knights. She led Army in assists, points, shots, shots on goal, and was tied for tops on the team in goals and game-winners. On the year, Shea recorded 39 shots, with 25 of them being on frame. Read More
