Guest Speakers Visit International Law Class

Cadets enrolled in LW481, International Law, were treated to two significant guest lecturers in the past two weeks. Mr. James Ross, Legal and Policy Director for Human Rights Watch, spoke to the cadets about the application of Human Rights Law during armed conflict. Professor Martin Flaherty, Co-Director of the Leitner Center for International Law and Justice at Fordham Law School, spoke to the cadets about Human Rights Law and U.S. foreign policy. Both lecturers facilitated a lively discussion between cadets regarding International Human Rights Law.
