Model UN Forum Competes at Columbia University

Model UN Forum Competes at Columbia UniversityUSMA Model United Nations Team competed at the Columbia University Model United Nations in New York (CMUNNY) competition. Throughout the weekend, 12 cadets engaged in heated debate ranging from modern day geopolitical issues to historical case studies through thousands of years of history. Further, the team engaged socially and academically with students from top-tier institutions such as Harvard University, Princeton, Columbia, and Brown as well as dozens of other universities. Through their professional behavior and collected debate style, the USMA Model UN Team represented the academy well in the college community and on the circuit. CMUNNY is one of the semester's most competitive conferences. At the end of the weekend, the USMA Model UN team's efforts were rewarded with the Outstanding Small Delegation award, coming in second place overall for the conference at-large above dozens of other schools competing.
