The Army West Point men's tennis team completed the final day of the Army Invite with a contest against Fairfield at the Lichtenberg Tennis Center and Malek Tennis Center on Sunday. The Black Knights battled Fairfield in the morning contest at the Lichtenberg Tennis Center. Army's Myles Conlin tallied a third flight victory over Fairfield's Anthony Caputo, 6-2, 6-3. Xue Mayson recorded a fourth flight win for the Black Knights over the Stags' Ethan Ammon, 7-6 (5), 6-3. In the fifth flight, Grant Patterson secured another Army win by defeating Fairfield's Dylan Appel by a score of 7-6, 6-3. Morgan Hale won, 6-3, 6-3, over Gabriel Pamich in the seventh singles flight. In the doubles first flight, Sam Lampman and Greg Shannon took down Fairfield's Brad Orban and Tyler Shibles, 7-5. Grant Riechmann and Nikita Pereverzin scored a doubles second flight victory against the Stags' Anthony Caputo and Jeffrey Rogers, 6-3.
