Jake Lachina ’18 of the Army West Point men's rugby team was named an All-American, garnering honorable mention recognition from USA Rugby. "We're very proud of Jake," said head coach Matt Sherman. "He had a terrific year and is very deserving of this accolade. While he's a terrific athlete, the foundation of his success has been a blue collar work ethic and dedication to improving and helping the team." Lachina was a constant in the Black Knights' starting lineup in both 15s and 7s at wing. The Thousand Oaks, Calif., native tied for the team-lead in tries with eight while his 40 points tied for the third-best mark in 15s play.
